I provide a visual guide during a live meeting, workshop, or seminar to help you visualize your thoughts, communicate your mission, vision, and values more clearly and focus on your goals. Live Graphic Facilitation is an impactful way to visually align participants in real-time.
Having a visual recording of your meeting notes, recording, or podcast amplifies your message and makes it more accessible to many different kinds of learners. Increase your outreach through visuals developed specifically with your goals in mind.
How can a graphic recording benefit you and your organization? What recording style is suited to your content? Allow me to develop a Graphic Facilitation plan that best fits your needs and those of your stakeholders or audience.
A Graphic Recording artist is a visual thinker who uses exceptional listening skills to digest meeting content into easily communicated text and images. When performed as a live service, graphic recorders can add a layer of understanding missing from most meetings. As artists, our job is to quickly display your hard work on a large whiteboard, giant roll of paper, or digitally on screens, all while you continue with your meeting objectives. By visually representing your content, meeting participants can easily follow along with statements and concepts, reduce confusion or repeat statements, aid in momentum, idea generation, and have an amazing representation of all the hard work they just accomplished! Graphic Facilitation includes Graphic Recording with participatory activities to bring your group to the board and get them drawing too!
The product of Live Graphic Recording and Facilitation is secondary to the PROCESS of recording during the meeting. Most of the magic happens during the shared conversation, drawing, and in-the-moment magic.
Don’t miss what someone said because you are thinking of your next idea… it’s on the board!
Collaborate: Easily see where your input can align with others’ statements and run with it!
Nip repetition in the bud!
Stay on track: Set meeting goals at the beginning and easily see where you are going, where adjustments might be beneficial, and what you could be missing.
Build morale: look at all the hard work we just accomplished!
Include everyone’s voice: as an outsider, my goal is to include everyone’s perspective, not just the voices of those in positions of power.
Conversely, Post Production Graphic Recording is all about the effects images can have after the talk, podcast, or plenary is complete. These are visuals that illustrate a continued conversation with future participants and stakeholders.

We schedule a discovery meeting (usually 30-60 minutes) to discuss your project, needs, and audience and answer any questions. We will cover your event's structure, key objectives, aesthetic considerations, branding and features that may be produced ahead of time, technology requirements, and your vision for incorporating the live drawing at your event.
You will promptly receive a proposal and contract to approve online, and we will confirm the date and times.
I remain available for any questions via email leading up to your event. I want you to feel confident in the process and excited about your event’s outcomes!
On the day of your event, I will arrive 30 minutes early to set up for in-person graphic facilitation. For virtual streaming events, I will reach out 30 minutes before going live to check in, set up, and test any technology.
Post-event deliverables will be shared to a private Google Drive folder within 3 hours of the close of your event (often immediately when possible). If applicable, any post-production illustrations or deliverables agreed upon in the contract will also be shared in the same folder within the time frame described in your contract.
After your event, keep in touch! I love collaborating on social media, sharing your event’s outcomes, and promoting your fantastic work. The culmination of your event is not the end of our working relationship, so feel free to reach out!
